Wow this is for their employees? They do know their employees are usually over the age of 12, right?
If you've ever held a job where you had staff meetings or training seminars, this is pretty much standard practice in just about any profession. Low budget, cheesy, laughable at times, but the info is made stupidly simple to get the message across.

When I had to work in many retail stores. as Sorce says they all do this. Some worse than others. For my last job they had a video of two white people putting on the worst Aussie accent ever and saying crikey a lot and spotting different versions of customers in the wild.

We also have to remember that this is in 1993, so the 80's mentality didn't completely go away yet.

Doesn't explain how these videos are made the same way NOW lol in any company that's retail. I was seeing this crap in 2010.
