Xenoblade Chronicles is an exclusive. RE: Rev, MH3U, MH4U, MM3D, KH3D, Samurai Warriors Chronicles 3, Ironfall, and Moon Chronicles immediately come to mind as games that use the C-stick as the CPP. I think that's generally it.

Some people always have a cellphone on them. I'm so awesome I always have a 3DS.

They all load faster and are less likely to have frame drops in some areas, Xenoblade Chronicles is New 3DS exclusive as well.

Most of the recent ones take use of the better processor, I imagine Hyrule Warriors: Legends will like the extra power quite a lot.

It's not really worth getting for the upgraded processor and memory. That seems like it'll probably just be a gimmick at this point.

The c-stick works well in quite a few games though! And the stable 3D is excellent.

The definitive way to play the best 3DS game (IMO), Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is on a New 3DS :D The C stick is so useful along with the ZL and ZR buttons for quick chatting and monster targetting (that is how I have it set up anyway)
