Animal Crossing is one of Nintendo’s most popular franchises. Since the original title, fans have loved the creativity and open world and pace atmosphere that Animal Crossing offers. When it was announced that Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer would allow for the new NFC cards that Nintendo is releasing, most fans were relieved as amiibo can be a bit tough to come by. However, it seems like Nintendo is planning a lot of these cards for Animal Crossing.

Animal Crossing will feature access to 400 upcoming Animal Crossing NFC cards. That’s 400 different cards for use.

Same here, do we know how they will be packed though? I believe I heard the packs will be blind.

They will be packed in Europe and Japan.

 

The US will have to import because Reggie doesn't think Amiibos sell here.

The game actually looks kind of neat to me, but if it requires these stupid cards than I can't say I really want it anymore. That kind of ruins it.

 

Nintendo and their "innovations" are really just turning into an equivalent to DLC, and not the good kind.
