Paul Gale has shared that Rocksteady, the developers of Batman: Arkham City, may be working on a new game known as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Manhattan Crisis. This will supposedly be a darker take on the TMNT franchise and will share similarities (such as combat) with the Batman games, but there will be comedic elements between the turtles and notable characters.
All the turtles are meant to be playable and will have their signature weapons and own move sets. There are also flashbacks where you play as Master Splinter/Hamato Yoshi.
Now, this is a rumor. Gale is quite clear that nothing may come of this. But it's a brilliant idea and given that, if it does exist, it's coming to the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U, there'll be plenty of chances for me to talk about, and that makes me happy.
