Both these pictures look fake. But I hope the top one doesn't happen. It would be so cheap to copy Nintendo and stick a touch screen on their controller. 
Figure out your own inovation...
As for the bottom one, I agree with Joshua, I think that would break a little to easily, especially if someone got angry and threw the controller.

Doubt this will happen. No way a controller screen will be as influential as motion controls.

Well... If the Incredible Hulk threw the controller, it would break.It's not fragile.

Well of course there fake, there obviously concepts. The PS4 looks VERY unlikely. But the 720 is very likely.

Why is it whenever it comes a new console generation, I seem to see the same Fake concept pictures claiming (This is the next console)...
The first image I have seen way back when there was rumours of an Xbox handheld device.
The Second image has been around since the Playstation 2, if my memory is correct.

He didn't say 1st controller, he said controller.But that was an Add on, not the first controller for the PS3
