I just hope they don't mean that we'll be getting Wii quality graphics on some Wii U games. If they just mean that they won't all be realistic, but will be 8th gen level, then I'm fine with it. But there's no reason for Nintendo not to put in the extra effort to make their games look good when the system is entirely capable of it.

that would be lame i know, but i heard reggie say something in an interview at e311 about how they will take full advantage of those beautiful full hd graphics lol i think the wii u will kick arse next gen anyway so ya lol

Doesnt have to be realistic to be "good graphics" If the art style is great I consider it to have great graphics. Games like Zelda, or Red Steel 2 had amazing graphics the art style was perfect.

That shows you did not read the games. If you read them you would realize there not all realistic.

But who said when talking about graphics Realism is what is considered good? If it is good to look at then thats good graphics. IMO Skyward Sword has better graphics then COD cause well my eyes would bleed if I looked at that trash. And how does a person READ a game? thats what the lens in the system does not us. We play the game not read it.

I never said any of those are realistic? I hate realistic games....But the art style and the graphical look of those listed games is phenominal.
