I'm going to control myself and condense any potential rant to this: Yes. The series needs a reboot and the WiiU would be the perfect place to do it. Raging Blast and Ultimate Tenkaichi were pretty terrible to be honest, the series needs to return to it's roots from Tenkaichi 3. They could expand on it though, make a complex and fun ground combat system, give it an interesting, well acted and well told story. The scrolling text in Ultimate Tenkaichi is unacceptable, especially on a powerhouse like the WiiU. Free roaming detailed RPG with Tenkaichi battles is basically my dream. Do want.
I'm gonna stop myself there. Sorry, biggest Dragon Ball nut hahaha

Fighting online with your custom made player on a WiiU.
You play with the Pad your friend with the Classic controller pro or Wii Remote.
Microphone Commands (Optional) With your fighter you can record noises
Like: Ugh Ahh Kamekameha Iyaaa etc.
Gyro fighting would be awesome
Shield Pose for blocking
Normal controls option like ABYX
Good Storyline
RPG
HD with a good DB feeling
First Person Camera with the WiiU option.
That would be cool flying with the first person camera through the lands.
Picture I made.

However, did you like the fighter creator?I bought Ultimate Tenkaichi thinking that it was better than Raging Blast 2 (ohohohoho, do NOT get me started on how disappointed I was with that game), but nope... Sure, the visuals were pretty and the animated cutscenes were nice, but the gameplay was just VERY boring and repetitive. I didn't even bother trying to get past Vegeta in the Saiyan saga. Normally you would think that being later games they would have improved gameplay. Nope. The loading times were awful too. I also think they should improve mouth movement for the next game. Okay... ranting done...

That was ok, for what little time I spent with it. From what I hear, you unlock more stuff to customize with as you get farther along.

Honestly if I could condense all my wants for a WiiU Dragon Ball game, it would be a fighting style VERY similar to Tenkaichi 3, improved, faster, and more defence orientated (trust me) with a killer RPG story mode with detailed environments you can walk around and interact with.
Most importantly though would be the flow of the game between these two. Imagine if instead of stages, you had one stage that was a huge world map (think Just Cause 2). So in this example, you're Goku right, going through a forest or something, and bandits or martial arts rouges or someone jumps out and attacks you. Similar to Zelda, you would lock on to them after free roaming around in 3D, and it would be like a Tenkaichi battle. When you're done, he poses for victory and stat increases/level ups occur, and the camera swings right back around behind Goku where you can just keep going.
Nothing I've suggested is out of the question, it's all possible, especially on the WiiU.
