And it won't be like CES. I wasn't expecting anything from there other than more chin pics and maybe a Reggie gif. But seeing as this is Game development centered, the chances of such goodies are way better.
I'd also be expecting more about some 3DS titles, Heroes of Ruin in high probability.

I wouldn't expect a lot of info. I feel they may tell a little bit more info but nothing as far as games go. Games would be an E3 event only.
They announced new games at GDC in the past so it's possible they could show off a new game, maybe a Mario Wii U or Pikmin 3 teaser.

I'm guessing more 3DS stuff, and 1 or 2 new tidbits of Wii U News, nothing major, maybe a confirmation on whether or not they will change the name.

They may announce some games but I wouldn't expect a preview of the game.

Does anyone know how big of a booth Nintendo normally gets?

I don't remember exactly how big Nintendo's booth was last year but it was pretty big, I do think though that there booth for this year is bigger.

I'd like more information on Nintendo Network on the Wii U.
^ This. But that seems more like an E3 thing, but we can hope.
To add, I'd like to see confirmed release dates of all the 3DS games Nintendo announced at E3 2011 along with more info. on the Wii U.
I'm sure Nintendo would share more things about the console during GDC as Reggie did confirm that they wouldn't wait until E3 to talk about the Wii U. (Even a little more extra information would suffice.)

Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks were announced at GDC. Zelda 3DS maybe? :3
This is a big possibility. Wasn't there some rumour that Zelda 3DS is meant to be console-styled, and released by the end of the year? I'm gonna get really hyped if that's the case.

They don't usually go unless they get a keynote speech.Does anyone know how big of a booth Nintendo normally gets?

Last year Iwata had a keynote.
This year a massive show floor space.
The size alone means Wii U since they need space for TV's, they wouldn't need as much space for 3DS'.
They rarely announce things at GDC, but they may have started a new trend for themselves last year.
GDC isn't about consumers though, so I'm expecting Nintendo Network details, and some info on specs for the Wii U if anything's changedand whatnot.
Developer stuff.
