I don't know if I did or not, but I was attempting to import a random avatar thing into my profile. First through uploading a php file then trying with a randomizer link. Shortly afterward, the site kicked me off and there were SQL issues. I don't know if this was my fault, but I changed my avatar back to an average image.
The url I used was http://a.random-imag...&random=2284.07
If that's what knocked the site out, I'm sorry.

There has been an ongoing issue with PHP over the past few days. You didn't do anything, trust me. My host currently has an engineer working on it.

Oh, one more thing. You cannot actually use an off-site image as an avatar. Entering the URL to an image will copy it to my server. Randomizers will not work, and you cannot use anything other than a JPEG, GIF, or PNG file as an avatar.

I kind of realized that now, but it was worth a try.

You could randomise your avatar with a curl script(to log you in a change the avatar without your input), you'd have to run it elsewhere though.
It's not going to change every time someone loads a page though, you could have a counter on it or just run it yourself every few days.
