but I continue to get a kick out of how terribly the CPU players are programmed even to this day.

Bahahaha, that's epic, though it's right, some of the AI in Mario Party is bad, I hope they update the AI heaps in this one. And it also needs a bit of an update from Wii Party.

Depending on whether you can play it online with your friends. If you can, then I'll probably get it. Otherwise I wont bother because really, Mario Party is something that's only fun if you're playing it with friends or family. It's just boring and dull on your own.

Mario Party 7 is by far my favorite. I hated Mario Party 8 because they changed it too much. It seems Mario Party 9 is going back to the old ways. I hope it is good.

Depending on whether you can play it online with your friends. If you can, then I'll probably get it. Otherwise I wont bother because really, Mario Party is something that's only fun if you're playing it with friends or family. It's just boring and dull on your own.

As previously stated, a lot of that is due to a bad AI, I think if that's improved it'll improve the single player experience dramatically.

I agree that the computers need to be programmed better. Usually I have to play by myself cause I am practically the only gamer in my house, and it really annoys me when the computers only go after the human character, its like they were programmed to do that. If its released by Christmas I'll put it on my list. So I'll get it eventually if not day 1.

I used to play 7 like everyday with my friends, so I think I'll be getting it so me and my friends can play together.

I think and hope that it'll be out before Christmas, the trailer made it look as though they are pretty far into development, so it should take too long, I'm thinking maybe September ish.
