All of the console browsers are kinda slow.
Opera runs well on my computer.
Chrome is good as well.
That's just me though.

But the wii controller will be compatible. The wii u s screen won't be lik the iPads so I would use the CCP.i think they will use an updated opera browser. also why would you want the ccp when you have the utablet? lol
Maybe they will have different ones up for download.

I don't think the browsers is going to be very good i think it will just get the job done and possible support flash or HTML5 for watching videos on youtube and else where and just some lite browsing.

The browsers on all consoles i have played have been slow, and had a horrible presentation.
But seriously how man people have thought it would be better to view a website on a console.
If they do update the browser it should be able to handle more so nothing appears blank or inaccessible.

They will indeed use WebKit, most likely.Safari!

It's the most open platform.
WebKit is the base for the browser they use. (Netfront NX)Probably the one they use for the 3DS. (Is that Opera?)

oh yea, a chrome or firefox based browser would kick unicorns rainbows anyday
i really want 2 things supported
-java
-tablet keyboard to lock onto parts of a page
=everything to play browser runescape or minecraft
=lol wtf wouldnt be that good but still awsome
also, flash and perhaps moonlight(a non microsoft version of silverlight since i will never use or talk about silverlight in a happy way)
are basically a given, i will hate the browser if it does not have at least flash
