I just heard a rumour that Nintendo are lifting their NDA's on the 26th during their Investor meeting.

It mentioned GTA V =M which contradicts the usual A and since this is a Nintendo rumour (whose consoles are "kiddy") makes me believe it's BS. It would imply the Nintendo version has been toned down. Rockstar wouldn't allow this.

Only San Andreas was AO and there were two versions. It will not be toned down it always is M.

How about an ACTUAL sequel to DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3? Yeah didn't think so... Well at least the Dragon Ball 3DS rumours are kicking up again but that's not a discussion for this place.

Now, keep in mind, this is from 4chan's video games board. Not exactly the most reliable place, so take these rumours with a very small grain of salt.

I laughed at the Versus XIII rumour, I wouldn't mind it as long as it didn't affect the game overall, like apparently FFXIII had bits cut because of the 360 version. Giving it a T rating just makes this rumour more hilarious because the trailers shown so far have blood and gore, so yup as much as I wouldn't mind it, I doubt it will be coming. However MGS5 I am pretty sure is cross platform, its using the fox engine which is a multi platform engine and I definitely expect to see it on PC.
