Medal of Honor: Frontline will always remain my favorite. Plus it was my first shooting game.

twilight princess or GTA IV or... impossible question, awesome games keep coming into mind, you just cant compare them, they're all as awesome as each other

I honestly don't have a favorite game. So to compromise, I'm going to close my eyes and wander over to my game wall with arms outstretched; whatever I grab shall be my pick.
