Nintendo is a global juggernaut....Ustream is 1 silly insignificant website. You really think if they sued Nintendo they would win? BWAHAHA. Nintendo would crush them and force them to change their site name.

Ustream is bigger than you think.

I don't think that they will sue over something little like that, I mean nintendo is a pretty big company and lets say they were to get sued and I guess all they would have to do is to change the logo (and thats a good thing in my opinion because I think that the current logo is alright, but really simple and could be improved, but its fine)

Well this is actually a cool idea. And Nintendo Stream is still the best out of all rumoured names.
No sig.

Did Nintendo have any problems with Apple by using the "i" in Nintendo DSi? If not, then I don't see why they should get in trouble with Ustream. :/

Call this a weird feeling, but I don't think Apple were the first people to use the letter 'i' in their products.

The letter 'i' usually denotes a camera within a device. Since it's a general addition to a lot of different brands, I don't think that Apple has their claws all over the claim. With Apple, the 'i' usually refers to the user, not a new funky take on the word 'eye', hence the camera part.

Basically, same 'word', two different meanings. If the Nintendo DSi was meant to be labelled as a multimedia entertainment gadget instead of a handheld console, then yeah, Apple would've been all over that cake.

I would love to see McDonald's try to sue McLaren Automotive (McLaren F1)

@Nin_Stream It happens all the time. A small company sued a large company called Sony (maybe you heard of it). Then they could not sell PS3 controllers with rumble until they ended up agreeing to a settlement. So yes, a company like u
UStream can sue and win a lot of money. What will end up happening is Nintendo will change it. Like Apple did with iTV (called Apple TV now).

It's more a question of the logo, not that it has an U In the name
Whovian12 -- Nintendo Network ID.
