"Good news Nintendo fans, Spike TV is partnering with Nintendo of America for a live, commercial-free broadcast of the company’s presentation during the 2012 Electronic Entertainment Expo on Tuesday, June 5 at 12:00pm ET / 9:00am PT.

The presentation, shown live from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, will deliver an inside look at Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games, exclusive trailers and more. The special event will telecast on Spike TV and MTV2 as part of the Spike TV’s “E3 All Access Live” live program, which will bring you more than 17 hours of multi-platform coverage from E3 2012.

"This year’s E3 will be one of the most anticipated in history and we’re looking forward to delivering the network’s biggest coverage ever by working with industry titans like Nintendo,” said Jon Slusser, Senior Vice President, Sports and Multi-platform Programming, Spike TV. “We are excited to give viewers an exclusive look at the great Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games coming from Nintendo.”

“Partnering with Spike TV to showcase our newest products enables millions of people across the country to join in the fun of the show,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “It’s a great way to find out all the latest Nintendo news from our presentation as it happens live on stage.”

This makes me so HAPPY, I really wanted to watch there conference live on TV instead of the PC like I do every year

I much prefer to watch it on TV, no buffering and you get to see some interviews with Reggie after the show. Also I will probably be on the chat after E3, but not during it.

I'm doing the same thing as Chinomanila, I want to focus only on the conference when I'm watching it live so I won't miss anything lol, I'm watching it on Spike TV.

Also the Software Showcase is going to be streamed live which is the round table or another conference which is the first time they are doing this in Nintendo E3 history, so Nintendo's having like 3 conferences at E3!

Hmm depending if my roommate and his girlfriend are out, I might use his tv for e3. If they are well laptop is the way I go.

Americans are spoilt . Oh noes I don't like watching E3 on the internet, we internationals have been doing such for years.

I highly recommend GT for pretty much the best E3 experience, before it used to the GameSpot but since 2010 GTs E3 coverage has been spot on.

I found it funny that all lot of Nintendo fans don't like spike and say GTTV is biased when the best and most interesting interviews are always between Geoff and Reggie even going back to E3 2006.
