So lets start with one I'm fairly certain on.
Nintendo
They will start with the 3DS. Contrary to popular belief, I don't think they have much to prove here. They are all ready outselling the competition. They need to show a strong line up for the rest of the year. They'll probably do a 3rd party reel, focusing on one or two big games. I don't expect this longer than 30 minutes.
The bulk of the conference will be about the Wii U. They will show a third part reel here, too, focusing on perhaps two or three big games. They will show us what Retro has in store for us. Most importantly, show us graphics and how awesome it looks. They will showcase Mario, Pikeman 3, briefly showing us Super Smash and perhaps a new IP or two (I suspect not for launch). They will show the Nintendo Network.
I expect the Wii U to be redesigned, maybe White but hopefully black andor darker. I also expect a darker, more stylish menu system and a redesigned 3DS menu system to match.
They will end the show with one games, maybe more, for the Wii. They can't forget the Wii.
Sony
Here is where I seem to differ with practically everyone. I believe Sony will focus on the PSP Vita -- sure, that's clear. They, unlike Nintendo, have a lot to prove here. A price cut, possibly. But dozens upon dozens of games. They will then move in to the PS3, demoing the best graphics it can muster. Show off some big names. They will end with a teaser for the PS4. Its possible for us to get more specifics, but I'd expect they won't show there version of a touch controller (assuming they are planning to copy Nintendo). This is simply because it might end up in a back lash and hurt Sony.
Microsoft
I believe Halo 4, Kinect, and other surprise games will be the big focus. We might see the X8, but I doubt it. Microsoft has enough to wow people with the Xbox Kinect. Halo 4 will look amazing and be amazing.
I expect Sony to show or tease the PS4 because they have to stay relevant. They let Microsoft get a year lead and it paid off for Microsoft. Sony doesn't want that with the Wii U. Desperately they need people to believe they are better and you shouldn't buy Nintendo's console. Microsoft is in a positions that makes it easy for them to focus on the here and now.
should be noted, though, that according to IGN developers (about 60% of them) don't plan on developing for this gen after Jan 2014. That means that 2013 we should see the others releasing there console. And as many of us predicted, Nintendo won't be that behind when it comes to graphics.

I will bet aanyone that microsoft is going to start off with black ops 2. Then we'll get gears, halo, kinect, and xbox live stuff. Sony will be last of us, sly, playstation all stars, vita stuff, playstation plus stuff, and they'll probabaly end with god of war acension. (Not necessarily in that order) Nintendo will start off with 3ds stuff and then work their way into the u. Nintendo usually saves their best for last.
Totlly agree
