Well, Ghetsis certainly has good reasons for leaving. There has been some fighting and Feld0 has basically abandoned the site. And yeah don't worry about missing info, since GC and I have a nack for findy juicy bits of news.

I think we need reformation on the Forums. Maybe could we ask the Feld0 if we could vote for members we think would make good moderators on the forums. We need some change! The Wii U forums, in my opinion, is a sinking ship!

Don't know if you will see this or not, but stay gold.
You have a completely understandable reason for leaving, but some of it is a little off. There has been pointless fighting and name calling, but it's nowhere near as bad as it could possibly be (this is coming from someone who used to browse a dying forum without a swear filter and 4chan).
These forums are nowhere near dead yet, but they aren't exactly too welcoming either.

No. Never allow members to vote for moderators.

Lack of mods isn't really a problem yet.
If you report stuff it's taken care of the same day.
If more members join then there's going to be a problem.

Because it's a small community allowing discussion of all consoles.
It's only a matter of time before it gets a little bigger and a sony/microsoft fanboy comes along and makes the established thewiiu.com userbase feel sad inside via trolling.

Also because it advertises here an awful lot it's kind of annoying to me so a little wishful thinking.

I see where you're coming from, but the place is moderated. The mods are not just going to ignore the random fanboy that just came to bash another console.
