I think it should be on top of the forum list...I've been here just a day and didn't notice it until minutes ago. It has the potential to be the driving force of bringing members here if it's alwasy current and up to date and would be helpful if it's the first thing noticed.

It's more of an resource section than an active section. It's fine where it is.
Plus, the information comes directly from two blogs, so you can check those as well. They also are up to date and comment-able.

I'd rather have the Introduction section at the top once the E3 section is removed, as having it there will hopefully encourage more new members to take the time to introduce themselves. Members aren't able to post in the news section, so I don't think putting it at the top would benefit the forum.
