It COULD be SSB4... But it would seem kind of odd if Namco-Bandai revealed it and not Nintendo.
Other possibilities are a crossover fighter of their own, or maybe even just some character reveals for PS All Stars.

Use the clues they are giving you. Would be weird if the pictures had nothing to do with what is going to be revealed.

PS All Stars has third party characters though. Namco could easily get some in there.

The first picture seems to show the back of a Model T, the second is a blue sky. Second row, first picture I'm sure is Liberty Island, second is a burnt hot dog? Third row, first picture appears to be view from underwater second image looks to be the shell of a Nautilus. Fourth row, only picture, I'm not too sure but it could be a cat's ear. Fifth row, first picture looks like the sun shining on an ocean. Second picture appears to be showing people at an aquarium. Third picture looks like the bottom part of the aforementioned Nautilus.
I think the water-themed ones could mean something, not too sure about the other ones. If it is Project X Zone, they are probably reveals for new characters. If that's true then the only one I could think of would be Sonic for the hot dog looking one (Sonic is shown to be fond of chili dogs.).
