I noticed on the eShop for me it charges 91 cents tax, nearly a dollar! So i am wondering what province in Canada has little to no tax, all help would be appreciated.

i don't have much experience on the eShop but Alberta has the lowest taxes in Canada so i guess this also applies to the tax they have to pay on the eShop.

I could be wrong about this, but changing your location to evade taxes is considered tax evasion, isn't it? o_o

It is very likely a bad thing to fabricate your tax information, but I can't help but gloat. Alberta doesn't have PST, nyaner nyaner nayner! We only pay 5%. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!

I'd say there's nothing wrong with changing your location to save on taxes.
You're still paying taxes, you're just being savvy about the cost.
