I've noticed on some posts on the webesite that some of you have a signature containing a gamer card for your 3ds profile. How do you go about getting that, is it a website? or just photoshopped?

Hello Welcome to the Forums! That Gamercard is something I made in Photoshop. Currently I haven't put up the PSD. for it yet.
