For sure D, this is one of the biggest upsides. You would have to purchase the premium service separately with the basic

Yeah. I think this premium account kind of thing is going to be the reason to own a Deluxe set, among others.

I'd hope for all. I don't see myself downloading retail games I could get in a physical form. However, if the price is right...

Unfortunately, digital retail games are sold for the same price as in store detail games. On the 3DS, XBOX and PS3 this holds true. I believe the WiiU will continue the price crap :[ I really hope this promotion includes all digital content.

Hmm, looking at the 3DS, I don't think there will be a discount. But maybe we can still hope.
Also, from what we know, it's just a point system that racks up for use of future digital purchasing.

Unless I'm proven wrong, I think they confirmed it. Nintendo plans to release every single first party title on the 3DS/Wii U eShop same day as retail. Unless the game requires an accessory like SiNG Party. So don't expect games like Skylanders Giants or Wii Fit U to be on the eShop.
