I'd play that even though I don't like the series!
Personally, I want Wind Waker (that'd be so purty!) and Tales of Symphonia (It looks pretty already, but I also really want to play it

But the games you list already have great graphics, even without HD. So, my pick would be Xenoblade Chronicles, because that's a bit ugly sometimes.
