It was ok, it really had no originality to it, like none at all. But the platforming was top tier and really fun. I would wait for NSMBU though, it looks extremely original!

the last 2d mario ive played in the recent years its Super mario Land 2 from the 3ds VC its entertaining and its ok for 4€ but i cant pay 40 or 60€ for a 2d mario i dont think it worth all that money thats why im not gettin NSMBU unlike the 90% of the people out there who is getting a wii u, but i will gladly pay that price for a 3d mario like 64/sunshine/galaxy

Worth 4 stars. Why? Because it's 2D MARIO DAMMIT! IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD THING.

But nah, it wasn't as good as all other previous 2D Mario games.

I rate it 4 stars,it was fun to play.I liked 3d land better though.
