Oh man, sh** just got real. The first round of Wii U demo kiosks are hitting Best Buys in North America on October 17. That's this Wednesday.

First of all: It's great to finally see demo kiosks out and available for the public to try out. This will, no doubt, bring in some Wii U purchasers.

Second of all: Are you guys going to hit up your local Best Buy this week? I am personally deciding if I want to or not. The fanboy inside of me is screaming: "GO. BEST BUY, WEDNESDAY.", while my logical side is saying I should wait and not kill my hype.

I'm in a, so to say, pickle.

I'm going Thursday or Friday. I haven't gotten to experience it yet, much to my dismay.

OK, I have decided to not go and try it out. I don't want to spoil the experience Wii U offers.

OK, I have decided what I am going to do: I am going to go and try out the Wii U once, and ONLY ONCE. I am swearing to the multiple bodies of Reggie that I will go and try out the Wii U ONCE.

Hmm, I think I might just hold off trying it to be honest, would rather be way more surprised when I feel it for myself on day one.

Australian already had their chance to try Wii U.

I tried it last week at EB Games Expo in Sydney.

Ah, now I'm going to have a chance to try out the Wii U. Hopefully my Bestbuy gets one if not I will go to the others close by and hope one of them gets one.

It was $40 for the general admission ticket not $100. And you were not only able to try Wii U but also many other games unless you are not interested in other things except Wii U then it's a different story. But then $40 to try Wii U only is still worth it imho.

Not only I was able to try many games and also Wii U, but I also met Charles Martinet.

Hopefully my local Best Buy has some available. I was disappointed by the lack of any Wii U advertisements in the store.

I might go so that I can get a taste of the awesomeness that is Wii U since I'm not getting it until Christmas.
But then again...the public do tend to ruin public kiosks. I once saw a 3DS kiosk that had the Circle Pad chewed off.

OH carp!!!! DAMN. Idk if I want to experience this amazing console at a retailer before November or at Christmas. 2 months away is a long time, ergh! This is great news though!

In the same pickle jar as you Blake. I don't know if I should go for it and play the demo at the Best Buy near me and risk killing the hype. Or painfully waiting it out to make the launch a more special occasion.
