Basically I would like to get fifa 13 on wii U but I've heard it might be missing ut which is one of my favourite modes. If that's true I'll just get the ps3 version. So is it missing any features?

It will be missing some features, and one of them is Ultimate Team.

There are some special things with the wii u tablet
Pokedex entry: Mewtwo: The butt pokemon. It is really sexy and any pokemon that sees it wants to have sex with it. It's power comes from it's butt.
