So what is your guy's favorite fighting game. My favorite is Mortal Kombat. Second favorite would be Smash bros.

I like tekken, because it is the most realistic, and the characters are so freaking cool looking sometimes.

I'm not really into Fighting games, but I like Smash Bros as it has some of my favourite Nintendo characters and I find it more fun than the realistic fighting game franchises.

Because nobody likes trying to do two quarter circles and without the game registering it as a shoryuken, just to do one move. Street Fighter is full of fake challenge.Wheres the love for street fighter? First REAL Fighting game. Jezz!

I find Smash Bros. to be an absolute hoot to play. Not to mention it's one of few, if not the only fighting game that supports four-way multiplayer.
I found Street Fighter fun at first when I got it for my 3DS, but the complicated button combinations were quite a turn-off for me, and I ended up getting somewhat bored of the game. By contrast, I'm finding Dead or Alive: Dimensions much friendlier towards people like myself who aren't the greatest fans of fighting games in general, and am still playing it actively today.

Tekken by far, Tekken was THE first fighting game that I played and I found it really fun to play.
