They did say it sometime ago, yes, but the previous announcement could've meant anything from early spring to May. The link I posted clarifies that it will be released here, in america, before march. If you guys knew that, than I guess you can disregard the news.

I was simply clarifying for those of us who want to know when in spring 2013.
