I loved it! It tells basically what the Wii U is capable of. I think they did pretty good, especially for the first commercial. Now we need commercials in the USA.

I hope NoA does an even better job in the US, but I'm sure this ad will serve its purpose fine in the UK. Not really sure how they would go about it as I was with 3DS, but hopefully something similar to the Gamecube launch commercials from 2001 (wishful thinking in play).

This ad is a good one for the general public who don't know what the Wii U is. I do hope hoever they make more ads for the different aspects of the system such as MiiVerse and the games.

I am on opposite ends with you guys, I think it was a great commercial , Why you make ask ...simply it emphasis on Its A NEW CONSOLE with A NEW CONTROLLER than showed a glimpse at what it can do and even though we already knew this the general public did not and its good they did have emphasis on this so they will be less confusing.
I completely agree.
Alot of the public though that the Wii U was just an add-on, this shows that it's not.
I don't think there's anything wrong with the speed, it's a commercial, not a trailer, they have to get the message across and have a limited time, whereas a trailer can be as long as it wants...

This advert was shown during xfactor in the uk, so i think the ad was correct for the familys n kids watching at the time. However i hope theres a more serious, explosive, adult advert aimed at the more 'hardcore' player!
