Not for me. The game just looks like an animated music video, do we even know what to do? Is there even a scoring system? But besides that, children and casuals will eat this up. I'm surprised Nintendo would publish this, considering the developers aren't that well known. As they only made the two DJ Hero games.
SiNG Party for $60. I feel sad for anyone who chooses this over anything at launch ( besides the few other shovelware games coming out). Unless they already bought all the good stuff. Or who knows, maybe this'll be a good game?

I think this was intended to appeal more to the Japanese market. After all, karaoke is pretty darn big there. If memory serves, I think Miyamoto even gave an example during an Iwata asks session after E3 2011. He mentioned using the Gamepad to select a song to play next while someone else is still singing.
