Probably the WII U one, I wouldnt have enough time with a 3DS one :). If they brought the N64 SMASH unto the 3DS, I'm sold.

I haven't decided what version to get yet. I doubt I'll get both of them. My main concern with the 3DS version is how it will work on smaller screens. As for the Wii U version, I don't even know for certain whether I'll be getting a Wii U. I'll probably get one of the two versions. I'll decide when we have some information on the games.

It's Smash Bros. What more needs to be said? Of course I'll be getting both versions. :)

I haven't played a Smash Bros. game since the N64. If I decide I'm interested in this and get a Wii U, I'll probably get both versions.

Since Miyamato is thinking about exclusive content for each version, that you unlock by connecting them or something like that, Both!

I'm getting the 3DS (I accidently picked Wii U) because lower price, a more personal expierence (got no friends) and 3D. Also, even though every one is saying both, turns out both together will probably be $100. So there wallets will be empty. I'm lucky I'm just a kid and my mom pays for everything (only if I read a lot of books :))

I'm going to get the WiiU version, IMO Smash Bros wouldn't make a good portable game.

Most likely both, when I am home, play it on the big screen, when I am on the go, play it on my 3DS.

Both for sure. They are supposed to have connectivity too. I'm excited to be excited to play Smash bros on the go.

I'm getting both for three reasons: (1) Smash Bros. is the best game on the N64 not counting OoT. (2) Smash Bros. is the best game on the Gamecube, not counting OoT. (3) Smash Bros. is the best game on the Wii, not counting OoT.
That said, there is no way Smash bros won't be the best game on the 3DS, not counting OoT, and The Best Game on the Wii U.

I may get the Wiiu version, but I'd buy the 3DS version before I buy the Wiiu version. It would be great to have it on the go.

Both cause I have lots of brothers so we'll just get Wii U one for Christmas and I'll buy the 3DS one myself.

I'm getting the 3ds version first, probably because I own a 3ds.

Chances are that the 3DS version will be SSB4, and the Wii U version will be SSB5.

I'll probably get both, but if money restricts, I'll opt for the 3DS one.

Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON

I'm definitely getting both no doubt about it.

Speaking of which, I remember reading an interview featuring Masahiro Sakurai (SSB Head Developer) he said
that he wanted the 3DS version of the upcoming Super Smash Bros. game to be more of a personal experience.
He even suggested it as a game were you take your (own) character, train him, increase his experience, and then take him
into the Wii U version of the game and fight others online.
That no doubt hints character creation/customisation for the 3DS version of the game.
He specifically said that he does NOT want the game to just be a simple graphics leap or extra added content etc.

The more I hear the name 'Super Smash Bros. 4', the more I am liking it.
SUPER SMASH BROS. IV I personally like it! B)
