It seems IGN gave the PS3 version an 8.6/10. I hope this is a good sign for the Wii U version. I hope more people get this so I can race ya's!

for wii u can only have better score, because its the same basic game plus more modes and features

Got the game from gamefly last night. Extremely well made. Quality game. May buy it for the wii U.

No there were frame drops on all versions at E3 show floor. These were fixed by September the 13th

For some reason, IGN says they'll review the Wii U version later. But there's really no difference besides the extra features, especially since all the bugs and slowdown were fixed. So this is good, I was expecting this to be a nice game anyways since the first game was great.
I figure with the game being optimized for the Wii U - the added features and possibly better graphics? could really set it apart. Even if the review stays the same, I'm really excited...not only as an avid Sega fanboy, but also getting a Karting game thats not Mario Kart and actually good!
