Banned cause wait...waitwaitwait. You have to pay per hour? That's...disheartening. It reminds me of a similar situation my sister had with texting...we were supposed to have unlimited text (the rep at verzion even said we'd have it) and something went wrong, and my sister racked up a $1000 phone bill in a month...while unlimited texting is an extra $5-10 a month on the bill. I mean, if they offer a monthly fee, then that's good and great and all, but if it's "pay per hour" only, it's...going to run into some problems. :S

Banned 'cause you've got it all wrong. They said that you can pay for a certain amount of usage time for a certain amount of money for the 3G version of the Vita. For instance, if I went to Wal-Mart and bought my self a 3G card that let me use 3G for like 2 days, I would have to spend a certain amount of money for that card to get that time usage. Get it now?
