There was a real simple hack done by Trike from NeoGAF that gave him access to the admin only area of MiiVerse. There are a slew of screenshots that prove this fact, and Nintendo themselves have officially confirmed the hack happened and that it has been fixed (both the hacker and Nintendo confirm it was fixed).
He wasn’t able to access account information, or even post in the private admin only discussion boards. He could see options to delete admins, but upon clicking nothing happened. So, literally, he just had free reign to essentially ghost view backend admin activity, but he couldn’t actually do anything. It was as simple as hitting x while holding down something on the MiiVerse screen. Seriously, that simple to gain ghost entry.
Moving on, since it was fixed, the real news here is that Yoshi’s Island Wii U is coming, and it’s definitely not announced yet. Hopefully we hear more about it later since it appeared there would be game releases and/or news about game releases around December 10th.
