I've never had an Xbox and not played much for on consoles. Just wanting to know, the thumbsticks on my gamepad only start responding after moving them about half way towards the edge. Is this normal for everyone?

dont like the buttons below the analogue controller, as im use to all other game pads with them above, hopefully ill get use to it though n time, until then, ill just die in black ops as my natural reach for the reload, jump and crouch are failing on this pad at the moment lol
I guess since I havent played COD before I don't have that problem lol

The only trouble I had was getting used to the joystick being positioned above the buttons but once I got used to it it works just as good as any controler. The only possible downside is I haven't played with the others since I've used my wiiu wonder if its gonna confuse me?
It confuses me lol. I have trouble with multiple controllers for multiple systems.

I'm not sure what the problem is. If people have something relevant to add they will post it otherwise you won't get any responses or ones that may not be relevant but along the same lines. That's the nature of forums.

It's probably just the dead zone, I don't have a WiiU (yet) but that's what it sounds like. Hopefully someone else that has the console can help you out a bit better then me.

Can you be a little more specific with the issue is it while in the menu, in certain apps or during certain software if you are a little more specific chances are I can fire it up and check it out.and if I don't have the particular game someone else might. Also a good way to check if it's a game is miiverse people seem to talk about issues there having on it. And one other thing is to call Nintendo I did it with a odd issue I was havering and it turned out to be a rare one they supposedly haven't heard of yet(certain games making my tv turn on and off once in a while) they like to hear of it so they can fix possible issues for future updates so even though they couldn't help they take a survey type questions and your email.
