The update is required to access the eShop just tried and told me to update. That's normal though.

It's most likely to fix the slow loading and freezing.

Maybe they'll release something that they'll announce tomorrow at the ND and the update made sure the new thing could run.

So what the hell was the point of this update if its still slow hopefully it fixed peoples freezing issues at least

Maybe it is TVii and it just won't be activated until tomorrow, probably not that doesn't make sense. Curious as to the point of an update (when it's as big as this one too) if it does nothing.

I dunno about other people, but I could handle a little longer load times, but freezing is a must fix.

well i never had a freeze or a problem with loading speeds.

the text for wii u menu looks thinner, but i could be imagining it.
