But if he does, I'd say sell the PS3 and Wii and get a Wii U and maybe a XBox 360.

Wait until spring or summer to get it. That's when all the good games seem to be coming out. The other systems have better games until then. Plus it's not like theres a shortage of Wii U's anywhere. It doesn't really seem revolutionary right now with most touch aspects tacked on as an afterthought. The games are good but not great. Spring, summer games is where it's at.

For me it was an obvious yes since there were 4-5 games in the launch lineup that would hold me over until Monster Hunter and Pikmin 3 drop.

It's worth buying for ZombiU alone,best game ive played in a long time and beats anything Fony or Microsux consoles have on them by a mile,best purchase of 2012 for me.

As to the OP, I would suggest holding off on buying a U until the software library drastically expands next year.

Unless there's a good handful of launch titles you definitely want to buy.

I would like to quote for the record that i am NOT a fanboy,i actually own an xbox 360 and a PS3 and now a WiiU,i just think the WiiU is better by miles and ZombiU is worth it alone as its better than any game ive played on the other consoles in ages.
I cannot see how you can class me as a fanboy without knowing anything about me or what consoles i own and with your quick shootdowns  just shows how small minded and petty you are without knowing the full picture.

Not yet, it's not getting most of the multiplats, and the exclusives are slim right now. Zombi U and NSMBU are both great games, but neither of them justify a purchase of the system yet. Wait until Pikmin 3/ Wonderful 101. By then it will have caught it's footing a little better.
