Well was on here reading a few thread about adding people to play black ops 2.
Well alan666brought up a good point.

YOU MUST ADD THE THEM AND THEM MUST ADD YOU

FOR IT TO WORK

So if you just post your id on a thread and say add me add me. Then the next day your mad because no one added you. Then you are wrong. The friends list doesnt give you a heads up and says "hey this person added you"
So in order to comfirm a user you must type in there name and add them. Then they must do the same with your name in order for to to be friends.

So if your asking for people to add you. PM them for there name and tell them to add you while you add them.

Just venting and sharing some good information.

Thanx goes out to alan666 for bring it up. It completed slipped my mind.

So if you wanna add me add xile06 and pm me your user name saying added.
Other then that most of the user name in this thread or others will get lost.

Even I (someone that doesn't have the Wii U) know that adding someone through Miiverse is a one-way request and much faster than adding someone through the Friend List. If you don't know how, here are the steps below (provided by IGN).

- Load Miiverse

- Go to User Menu (upper-left corner, with a small picture of your Mii)

- The fourth option down says 'Search User'

- Type in the name you want. (Say 'RichIGN')

- The name must be specific (though case is not important)

- View the profile

- Towards the right side you'll see the Friend Request button, near 'Follow' and a drop-down arrow that allows you to Block or Report.

- Want to request another? Head back to your User Menu.

Yeah, it's much easier to gain friends through Miiverse instead of using the process through the friends list. That's pretty much how I add my friends.

Don't use register friend.

use Miiverse's search friend or search ID or whatever to search a person you want to add. Then send them a friend request

They will notice by one time.
