I 100% darksiders 2 on the xbox so the wii u version didn't really appeal to me, But nonetheless, the game is fantastic and everyone should give it a shot.

This is probably the most underrated port the Wii U has. It comes with the first dlc and all of the pre-order content, the graphics are improved (better lighting and draw distance), and the gamepad is used in good ways.

About 5 hours into this game so far and im liking it a lot, i also agree the use of the gamepad screen is wonderful use of items/equip//ect and not too gimicky, anyone have a rough idea how long the game is, in hours? (just curious, not one to rush to beat a game)

I've heard some people on Miiverse say it took them about 35 hours to 100%. However none of them stated the difficulty level they were playing on, and I think you may unlock a higher difficulty after beating the game once.

I think I was in the upper 20's as far as playtime hours go last I checked. I'm maybe halfway through the Black Thrown dungeon if memory serves, and I also completed the DLC area before entering there. Perfect 10 so far for me. Definitely the best port so far. I can't wait to see what Vigil does with Darksiders III on the Wii U.

Ive got this game to other day (On WiiU) as it was only £30 new from granger games. Its a fab game, but is it me...or does this suffer from frame rate issues? i am currently playing apocalyptic mode and it is not smooth 60% of the time.

I can agree to this, i notice in larger open areas and the further i get into the game the less stable the framerate gets.
