This is getting old. There is no reset button so I have to hard reset the console by pulling the plug. Now the gamepad is laggy and seem's to lose connection to the console rather easy. Even if the pad is 1 foot away it's laggy! What the hell is this? How do I fix the issue?

My gamepad never lags and can be played rooms away. Perhaps you can take yours back and exchange it for a working one.

I'd say the Gamepad is faulty, but are there any objects obscuring the connection between the pad and the console? If not, you'll probably need to set up a repair/replacement with Nintendo.

Yea, I can play mine room's away too even with door's shut. I finally got it fixed. I just let it run and it corrected itself. Gave me a bit of a scare. They need to patch this stuff up fast before it ends up breaking someones console.
