I could not find a picture that matches what i am thinking.. pretty much what link looks like now just more rugged and less 'girly' looking. Link could have a little brother or sister that is killed by gannon infront of him, ashamed and alone Link flees to the gerudo desert for the next 10 years and comes back to find a almost now satanic like hyrule that is almost but burnt down to the ground

Sounds to me like your thinking of something along the lines of Deltora Quest, except the story is set before AND after the evil rule begins.
