had a problem with wii u overheating after i had used it for about 30 hours over 3 weeks. I didn't find anything i could try in the forums so called tech support and got a repair order started. pleasant surprise with the top notch customer service reps, no waiting before talking to a person, and understood the person I was talking to! WOW
When I checked out the fan, I saw it was not spinning when powered up.... Then I saw the spider... Nothing like a good old fashioned vacuum cleaner to start a fan spinning. He was a big spider, but the vaccum did the trick. Don't think I'll need to use the shipping label after all.

You should put this in the hardware section since this is the introduction section. You may get more responses in the other section.
