The Cave (T for Teen Rated) is that 18+PEGI in Europe? If so?

I can only download it from 23.00

PEGI 18+ would be the same as R rated in the US. PEGI 16 is likely the same as Teen in the US. So its probably PEGI 16 in the EU.
