where can I rate purchased games in the eShop? I can read the many eShop ratings and reviews but can't find where to judge for myself.
It's also kind of strange that only the online purchased users may rate, why not the physical disc owners?

Go to the your account page and click the submit review button, any games you have played for over 1 hour will show up thier and you can review them
