I used a website called dragoart.com , it's more aimed towards kids and early teens but it provides simple yet in depth tutorials.
Anime takes a while to draw but i find it much easier to draw the face and body proportions than a realistic sketch.
I've heard of that site. Yeah I use it sometimes to just play around.
