I hope so. I would love to turn this baby on and play it more. But right now my 3DS, Wii U, and even 360 see more usage than my Vita.

 i usually play fifa 13 sonic racing and need for speed most wanted but i've got loads of games for it tbh all this vita has no games is a load of bull imo.

I think it is true compared to how many exclusives 3DS has on it. I have a vita and really the only games I care about are GR and Persona 4. Assassin's Creed Liberation was horrible then again so was AC 3. I really wish Naruto Storm 3 had crossplay since I would of loved that on the Vita. I am keeping my eyes open to that game where your a paper man for Vita. That actually looks promising. Not hating on Vita since I own one and hope it gets more support but if it was not for P4G being so long of a game i would not being using it right now till that one game is out

you have to think though 3ds has a year head start on vita and also had the same drought so i'm not worried tbh should be fine.

I'm not saying Vita is bad I just feel the games for me are coming from 3DS Like I enjoy Japanese games Pokemon,Atlus shiz,Zelda. Don't get me wrong I loved the PS2 so I'm no Sony hater.

just got my 3ds xl tbh it feels a well made machine far better than the early 1st gen 3ds i had a go with and many of my probs with the machine have been rectified it's very comfy and the screen is just right i think they were a bit stingy not supplying a charger i had to buy one seperate which was just annoying.games i have so far are zelda and resi revelations.

Why, because people need to be led like sheep rather than make their own decisions on what to purchase?  They need to be told what they like and what will be fun rather than figuring it out themselves?

Well, even though you say you prefer more "mature" games, I'm going to just list the 3DS games that have gotten great reviews/are coming soon along with their respective genres and metacritic scores (when applicable.)

Yes, the whole idea of the post is silly.  OP obviously has surveyed what the 3DS has to offer and isn't interested, so why should we be called to "convince" him?  It makes it sound like we're trying to evangelize people to join our Nintendo cult, and he's showed up to give us the "opportunity" to win him over, but I'm perfectly fine with him being satisfied with the PS Vita or whatever else he has.  

 

And I am tired of the nebulous labels of "hardcore" and "mature" offerings, which seem to me to boil down to "blood and boobs."  If you want to watch porn, go buy some porn, and if you want high budget shooters, well, you already have that on your other console(s).

Fair enough. In my opinion the Vita has a lot more compelling games and is far better as a piece of portable gaming hardware then the 3DS. My 3DS hardly gets used whilst my Vita gets used on a regular basis.

Maybe it is different interests for different people. Which is fine by me As long as gamers can be civil and not bash the community should be a peaceful place. Gravity rush I'll admit is an amazing game for Vita

I think I'm getting a 3DS guys, I heard MH4 has Online and I do want a proper Monster Hunter without shelling 350+ for a system (Wii U). But I will get a Wii U also, not now but when there is a proper price point.

Super Smash Bros. Wii U / 3DS is an upcoming Wii U and Nintendo 3DS video game in the Super Smash Bros. series. It is being developed by Namco Bandai Games, and directed by series creator Masahiro Sakurai. The game was announced at E3 2011 by Nintendo President Satoru Iwata. During the presentation he confirmed that both the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game will feature some sort of cross-platfrom connectivity.
