G’day, David here.
I started this blog a while back — about a year and a half ago, I believe — with the intention of making it the Wii U equivalent of nintendo3dsblog.com; fast news, plenty of juicy rumours, and the ultimate source of Wii U news. As you might have noticed though, I’ve been slow to publish a lot of news, and that is not okay. That is why an important change has been made:
I am no longer in charge of the content thats published to this blog.
But fear not. I am not leaving. I still own wiiublog.com, and while I’ve been taking a break from the videos, I am not done with those either. This isn’t a departure; it’s a chance to focus my attention on two things:
- Updating nintendo3dsblog.com much faster than I have been.
- Make important, “big picture” changes to improve both sites.
What is changing is that someone else will be writing the news. But this wasn’t a lightly made decision. In fact, I’ve been resisting any sort of change since I’m extremely protective of things I make. The reason I’ve made the change now though is quite simple: the change needs to be made, and I found someone who can handle the job. And who is this person that I trust with such an endeavour?
Robert.
Or Sepharos, as you might know him if you’re a member of the forums, or Sephazon if you’re a subscriber of his YouTube channel. If you do know him, then you know that it’s the right decision — and it’s totally because I’m a genius at deciding things — and if you don’t know him, you will learn that it’s the right decision.
Since I’m blabbing on though, here’s his own introduction and acceptance of this new position:
But like I said, I’m still around, and if you ever want to chat, just send me a tweet. Other than that though, feel free to welcome Robert in the comments, and look forward to a grand future for this blog.
