In what form are you talking? Like a remake? or a new game? 3DS has Super Mario 3D Land which is awesome, and the Wii U have NSMBU. Care to elaborate?

They already made a Super Mario World for the GBA.

I would like to see the gba version come back, it had some nice additions to it.
SMW i think is the best mario, but SMW2 is my favorite.

Most people dont consider Yoshi's Island a Super Mario game even though it technicly is. Its still a great game and it needs to be in the Eshop.I would like to see the gba version come back, it had some nice additions to it.
SMW i think is the best mario, but SMW2 is my favorite.

I see NSMBU as an almost-SMW3 to be honest. So many similiarities, but they Wiied some things up. Like, they should have used turn blocks instead of brick blocks. Talking about details like that. Oh, and the title off course.

I disagree. There is nothing regards failure where NSMB U is concerned. It also has a lot of influences from Super Mario World on the SNES.
