Found one on kijji 32GB brand new and also ZombiU for free they are asking 325.They lost the receipt.Thats cheap if u ask me its 349.99 im saving 75 dollars!but no receipt,kinda risky but i think i might go for it! its a deal..meeting up with the guy tmw and buying it

Looks like you need to go to the store and get it checked out. Surely there is something on the box that allows the system to analyse whether it's a legit sale or not.

If the machine isn't legit then the first time it's turned on and connected to the net Nintendo will probably know about it. They're still tracking down the machines stolen during the Christmas rush.

Not saying that the person selling isn't trustworthy but better safe than sorry. Don't want to see anyone out of pocket due to swindlers.

Yeah if you want call nintendo and have them chdck the serial out its on the box and on the console dont take his word make sure you preform that step. Meet in a public place during busy hours just incase he trys to mug you

a fast question... most of the shops, print the reciept via a computer... that keeps all records... what about requesting a re-print of the reciept.. they do that in my country!

I paid £200 for the 32gb premium edition with Nintendo land and super mario bro's u last month because the guy thought you had to have a HDTV to play it, I didn't tell him you don't since I was getting a bargain!!

I would just buy one, I think it's easier, when you buy stuff like this it's always risky, you never know who you are dealing with.

i bought the zombieU edition...32GB, pro controller and all the bits etc for £325 new from shopto.net, day 1 purchase. So, he was selling 2nd hand for the same as new? ...GAME were doing it for £350.
