Doesn't look as impressive as Ground Zeroes to me, which was confirmed to be running on a PC with specs at PS3 level, so...
Character for character this looks better than gz. But it's a one character dark scene. So in the sense that we've seen a lot more of gz, I can see where that thinking comes in.
But the ps3 has never shown itself capable of those graphics. It looks great in development but once it's the ps3 drawing it, tons of stuff is lost in translation. Lol
Trust me, the ps3 won't look like that.
Wouldn't be surprised to see it on the ps4 though.

If you have photoshop, you can enhance the image to see the details in the dark.
It's fairly impressive. But not the most they could do for a scene with one character and lots of shadow.

Really the massive monster mid way through Dead Space 3 has the same levels of detail. Texture wise one can't say based on that clip. Nothing about it screams next gen though.
